All Citizen watches come with 5 years warranty by manufacturer agains any defects other then phisical damage.

Contact us within 14 days of receipt for return authorization,
and then ship the watch back, insured along with a copy of your
original receipt with the return authorization number notes.
All returned watches must be in brand-new, saleable condition,
with manufacturer's packaging, tags, instruction booklets, warranty cards,
and any other items that came with your purchase.
Watches showing any signs of wear or use can not be returned.
We will credit your card or issue a refund by check
(if paid originally with check or money order) within 5 days of receipt of the returned merchandise.
Restocking fee of 10% will apply on all return items. If you would like to exchange, actual shipping fee will be added.
